The following are the two most widely employed identification methods:</div><h3 style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin: 0px 0px 0.9em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">1. Signature-based dectection (Dictionary approach)</h3><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">This is the most commonly employed method which involves searching for known patterns of virus within a given file. Every antivirus software will have a dictionary of sample malware codes called <em style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">signatures in it’s database. Whenever a file is examined, the antivirus refers to the dictionary of sample codes present within it’s database and compares the same with the current file. If the piece of code within the file matches with the one in it’s dictionary then it is flagged and proper action is taken immediately so as to stop the virus from further replicating. The antivirus may choose to repair the file, quarantine or delete it permanently based on it’s potential risk.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">As new viruses and malwares are created and released every day, this method of detection cannot defend against new malwares unless their samples are collected and signatures are released by the antivirus software company. Some companies may also encourage the users to upload new viruses or variants so that, the virus can be analyzed and the signature can be added to the dictionary.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">Signature based detection can be very effective, but requires frequent updates of the virus signature dictionary. Hence, the users must update their antivirus software on a regular basis so as to defend against new threats that are released daily.</div><h3 style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin: 0px 0px 0.9em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">2. Heuristic-based detection (Suspicious behaviour approach)</h3><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">Heuristic-based detection involves identifying <em style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">suspicious behaviour from any given program which might indicate a potential risk. This approach is used by some of the sophisticated antivirus software to identify new malware and variants of known malware.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">Unlike the signature based approach, here the antivirus doesn’t attempt to identify known viruses, but instead monitors the behavior of all programs.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">For example, malicious behaviours like a program trying to write data to an executable program is flagged and the user is alerted about this action. This method of detection gives an additional level of security from unidentified threats.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><strong style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">File emulation: This is another type of <em style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">heuristic-based approach where a given program is executed in a virtual environment and the actions performed by it are logged. Based on the actions logged, the antivirus software can determine if the program is malicious or not and carry out necessary actions in order to clean the infection.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">Most commercial antivirus software use a combination of both signature-based and heuristic-based approaches to combat malware.</div><h3 style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin: 0px 0px 0.9em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Issues of Concern:</h3><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><strong style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Zero-day threats: A zero-day (zero-hour ) threat or attack is where a malware tries to exploit computer application vulnerabilities that are yet unidentified by the antivirus software companies. These attacks are used to cause damage to the computer even before they are identified. Since patches are not yet released for these kind of new threats, they can easily manage to bypass the antivirus software and carry out malicious actions. However, most of the threats are identified after a day or two of it’s release, but damage caused by them before identification is quite inevitable.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><strong style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Daily Updates: Since new viruses and threats are released every day, it is most essential to update the antivirus software so that the virus definitions are kept up-to-date. Most software will have an auto-update feature so that, the virus definitions are updated whenever the computer is connected to the Internet.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;"><strong style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; vertical-align: baseline;">Effectiveness: Even though an antivirus software can catch almost every malware, it is still not 100% foolproof against all kinds of threats. As explained earlier, a zero-day threat can easily bypass the protective shield of the antivirus software. Also virus authors have tried to stay a step ahead by writing “<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oligomorphic_code" style="-webkit-transition: all 0.2s; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; color: #0060a6; font-weight: bold; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: initial; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank" title="Oligomorphic code">oligomorphic</a>“, “<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polymorphic_code" style="-webkit-transition: all 0.2s; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; color: #0060a6; font-weight: bold; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: initial; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank" title="Polymorphic code">polymorphic</a>” and, more recently, “<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metamorphic_code" style="-webkit-transition: all 0.2s; background-attachment: scroll; background-color: transparent; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; color: #0060a6; font-weight: bold; margin: 0px; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-decoration: initial; vertical-align: baseline;" target="_blank" title="Metamorphic code">metamorphic</a>” virus codes, which will encrypt parts of themselves or otherwise modify themselves as a method of disguise, so as to not match virus signatures in the dictionary.</div><div style="background-attachment: scroll; background-color: white; background-image: none; background-position: 0px 0px; background-repeat: repeat repeat; border: 0px; line-height: 23.78333282470703px; margin-bottom: 1.6em; outline: 0px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; vertical-align: baseline;">Thus user awareness is as important as antivirus software; users must be trained to practice safe surfing habits such as downloading files only from trusted websites and not blindly executing a program that is unknown or obtained from an untrusted source. I hope this article will help you understand the working of an antivirus software.</div></div>

Basic of Password Cracking for Beginner

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on"><h3 class="post-title entry-title" itemprop="name"></h3><div class="post-header"> </div>Password cracking is the process of recovering secret passwords from data that has been stored in or transmitted by a computer system. A common approach is to repeatedly try guesses for the password. Most passwords can be cracked by using following techniques : 1) Hashing :-  Here we will refer to the one way function (which may be either an encryption function or cryptographic hash) employed as a hash and its output as a hashed password. If a system uses a reversible function to obscure stored passwords, exploiting that weakness can recover even 'well-chosen' passwords. One example is the LM hash that Microsoft Windows uses by default to store user passwords that are less than 15 characters in length. LM hash breaks the password into two 7-character fields which are then hashed separately, allowing each half to be attacked separately. Hash functions like SHA-512, SHA-1, and MD5 are considered impossible to invert when used correctly. <a href="http://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a> 2) Guessing :-  Many passwords can be guessed either by humans or by sophisticated cracking programs armed with dictionaries (dictionary based) and the user's personal information. Not surprisingly, many users choose weak passwords, usually one related to themselves in some way. Repeated research over some 40 years has demonstrated that around 40% of user-chosen passwords are readily guessable by programs. Examples of insecure choices include: * blank (none) * the word "password", "passcode", "admin" and their derivatives * the user's name or login name * the name of their significant other or another person (loved one) * their birthplace or date of birth * a pet's name * a dictionary word in any language * automobile licence plate number * a row of letters from a standard keyboard layout (eg, the qwerty keyboard -- qwerty itself, asdf, or qwertyuiop) * a simple modification of one of the preceding, such as suffixing a digit or reversing the order of the letters. and so on.... In one survery of MySpace passwords which had been phished, 3.8 percent of passwords were a single word found in a dictionary, and another 12 percent were a word plus a final digit; two-thirds of the time that digit was. A password containing both uppercase & lowercase characters, numbers and special characters too; is a strong password and can never be guessed. Check Your Password Strength 3) Default Passwords :-  A moderately high number of local and online applications have inbuilt default passwords that have been configured by programmers during development stages of software. There are lots of applications running on the internet on which default passwords are enabled. So, it is quite easy for an attacker to enter default password and gain access to sensitive information. A list containing default passwords of some of the most popular applications is available on the internet. Always disable or change the applications' (both online and offline) default username-password pairs. 4) Brute Force :-  If all other techniques failed, then attackers uses brute force password cracking technique. Here an automatic tool is used which tries all possible combinations of available keys on the keyboard. As soon as correct password is reached it displays on the screen. This techniques takes extremely long time to complete, but password will surely cracked. Long is the password, large is the time taken to brute force it. 5) Phishing :-  This is the most effective and easily executable password cracking technique which is generally used to crack the passwords of e-mail accounts, and all those accounts where secret information or sensitive personal information is stored by user such as social networking websites, matrimonial websites, etc. Phishing is a technique in which the attacker creates the fake login screen and send it to the victim, hoping that the victim gets fooled into entering the account username and password. As soon as victim click on "enter" or "login" login button this information reaches to the attacker using scripts or online form processors while the user(victim) is redirected to home page of e-mail service provider. Never give reply to the messages which are demanding for your username-password, urging to be e-mail service provider. It is possible to try to obtain the passwords through other different methods, such as social engineering, wiretapping, keystroke logging, login spoofing, dumpster diving, phishing, shoulder surfing, timing attack, acoustic cryptanalysis, using a Trojan Horse or virus, identity management system attacks (such as abuse of Self-service password reset) and compromising host security. However, cracking usually designates a guessing attack.</div>

Repairing Windows XP in Eight Commands

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32\\CONFIG\\SYSTEM You can attempt to repair this file by starting Windows Setup using the original Setup CD-ROM. Select ‘R’ at the first screen to start repair. Which renders your PC inaccessible from the standard boot procedures of Windows XP. You try safe mode, to no avail. You’re particularly savvy and try issuing the FIXBOOT and FIXMBR commands in the Windows recovery console, but after each reboot, you’re merely greeted with the same obnoxious and terrifying blue screen of death that’s preventing you from accessing your precious data. Perhaps you’ve also seen these error screens: Windows NT could not start because the below file is missing or corrupt: X:\\WINNT\\System32\\Ntoskrnl.exe _________________ Windows NT could not start because the below file is missing or corrupt: X:\\WINNT\\System32\\HAL.dll _________________ NTLDR is Missing Press any key to restart _________________ Invalid boot.ini Press any key to restart <a href="http://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a> Allow me to build tension by prefacing the end-all/be-all solution with my background: Having worked for the now-incorporated Geek Squad branch of Best Buy Corporation for the better part of eight months, I have seen dozens upon dozens of systems come through our department with any one of these errors, brought in by customers who are afraid they did something, have a virus, or are in jeopardy of losing their data. Prior to my discovery of an invaluable sequence of commands, our standard procedure was to hook the afflicted drive to an external enclosure, back up a customer’s data and then restore the PC with the customer’s restore discs or an identical copy of Windows with the customer’s OEM license key. If the customer wasn’t keen on the applicable charges for the data backup, we informed them of the potential risks for a Windows repair installation (Let’s face it, they don’t always work right), had them sign a waiver, and we did our best. Neither of these procedures are cheap in the realm of commercial PC repair, nor do they inspire a tremendous level of confidence in the technician or the hopeful client. In an effort to expedite our repair time and retain the sanity of myself and other technicians, I received permission to undertake a case study on a variety of PCs currently in service that exhibited any of the aforementioned symptoms, and I took it upon myself to find a better solution. After crawling through the MSKB, Experts Exchange, MSDN and sundry websites all extolling the virtues of a solution to these problems, I only found one that worked, and it has been reliably serving me for the better part of two weeks on seventeen PCs to date. The process is simple: Get to the Windows Recovery Console for your particular Windows installation, navigate to the root letter of your installation (C: in most cases), issue eight commands, and reboot. The cornerstone of this process is a command called “BOOTCFG /Rebuild” which is a complete diagnostic of the operating system loaded into the recovery console; the purpose of the command is to remove/replace/repair any system files that were preventing the operating system from loading correctly. Amongst the files it fixes are: Windows Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL) Corrupt registry hives (\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM32\\CONFIG\\xxxxxx) Invalid BOOT.INI files A corrupt NTOSKRNL.EXE A missing NT Loader (NTLDR) The command process may apply to other types of blue screens or Hive/HAL/INI/EXE/DLL-related stop errors, but I have not had the luxury of computers in this type of disrepair. The process I am about to outline is virtually harmless, and if you feel you may be able to correct your PC’s boot-time blue screens and stop errors with the sequence, feel free to try. Let us now begin with a step-by-step instruction for correcting these issues. GETTING TO THE WINDOWS RECOVERY CONSOLE Insert your Windows XP CD into your CD and assure that your CD-ROM drive is capable of booting the CD. Configuring your computer to boot from CD is outside of the scope of this document, but if you are having trouble, consult Google for assistance. Once you have booted from CD, do not select the option that states: “Press F2 to initiate the Automated System Recovery (ASR) tool.” You’re going to proceed until you see the following screen, at which point you will press the “R” key to enter the recovery console: After you have selected the appropriate option from step two, you will be prompted to select a valid Windows installation (Typically number “1″). Select the installation number, (As mentioned, “1″ in most cases), and hit enter. If there is an administrator password for the administrator account, enter it and hit enter. You will be greeted with this screen, which indicates a recovery console at the ready: PROCEEDING WITH THE REPAIR FUNCTIONS There are eight commands you must enter in sequence to repair any of the issues I noted in the opening of this guide. I will introduce them here, and then show the results graphically in the next six steps. These commands are as follows: C: CD .. C: ATTRIB -H C:\\boot.ini C:ATTRIB -S C:\\boot.ini C:ATRIB -R C:\\boot.ini C: del boot.ini C: BOOTCFG /Rebuild C: CHKDSK /R /F C: FIXBOOT To “Go up a directory” in computing is to revert back to the directory above the current folder you’re operating in. If, for example, I’m in the C:WINDOWSSYSTEM32 directory, and I want to get at a file in the WINDOWS directory, I would merely type CD .. and I would be taken out of the SYSTEM32 folder and up one level to WINDOWS. We’re going to do the same thing here from the WINDOWS folder to get to the basic root of C: Now that we are at C: we can begin the process of repairing the operating system and that begins with modifying the attributes of the BOOT.INI file. Briefly, BOOT.INI controls what operating systems the Windows boot process can see, how to load them, and where they’re located on your disk. We’re going to make sure the file is no longer hidden from our prying eyes, remove the flag that sets it as an undeletable system file, and remove the flag that sets it as a file we can only read, but not write to. To do this, we will issue three commands in this step: C:ATTRIB -H C:\\BOOT.INI C:ATTRIB -R C:\\BOOT.INI C:ATTRIB -S C:\\BOOT.INI to remove the Hidden, System and Read Only flags. Now that we’ve modified the attributes for the BOOT.INI file, it’s up for deletion. The syntax for it is simple: { DEL | FILE NAME }, e.g., C:DEL BOOT.INI deletes the BOOT.INI file. Now for the most important step of our process, the BOOTCFG /REBUILD command which searches for pre-existing installations of Windows XP and rebuilds sundry essential components of the Windows operating system, recompiles the BOOT.INI file and corrects a litany of common Windows errors. It is very important that you do one or both of the following two things: First, every Windows XP owner must use /FASTDETECT as an OS Load Option when the rebuild process is finalizing. Secondly, if you are the owner of a CPU featuring Intel’s XD or AMD’s NX buffer overflow protection, you must also use /NOEXECUTE=OPTIN as an OS Load Option. I will demonstrate both commands for the purpose of this guide, but do not set NOEXECUTE as a load option if you do not own one of these CPUs. For the “Enter Load Identifier” portion of this command, you should enter the name of the operating system you have installed. If, for example, you are using Windows XP Home, you could type “Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition” for the identifier. This gives the process some authenticity, if you’re keen on being a perfectionist. This step verifies the integrity of the hard drive containing the Windows XP installation. While this step is not an essential function in our process, it’s still good to be sure that the drive is physically capable of running windows, in that it contains no bad sectors or other corruptions that might be the culprit. No screenshot necessary here! Just type CHKDSK /R /F at the C:> prompt. Let it proceed; it could take in excess of 30 minutes on slower computers, when this is finished move on to the seventh and final step. This last step also requires no screenshot. When you are at the C:> prompt, simply type FIXBOOT. This writes a new boot sector to the hard drive and cleans up all the loose ends we created by rebuilding the BOOT.INI file and the system files. When the Windows Recovery Console asks you if you are “Sure you want to write a new bootsector to the partition C: ?” just hit “Y,” then enter to confirm your decision. RESULTS AND WRAP-UP It’s time to reboot your PC by typing EXIT in the Windows Recovery Console and confirming the command with a stroke of the enter key. With any luck, your PC will boot successfully into Windows XP as if your various DLL, Hive, EXE and NTLDR errors never existed. You’ve just saved yourself from many hours of work, frustration, potential data loss and shelling out your hard-earned greenbacks at a brick’n'mortar operation.</div>

How To Get Your Android Phone All Notifications Right On Your Desktop Screen

<div dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;" trbidi="on">Say, you are in office and working on your computer very deeply. In that time, you may like to keep your smartphone on silent mode to avoid the interruption. That’s a great decision to keep it while working, but what would you do when you need to act on a text, mail, even a call while you are sinking on works. Well, in this circumstance, you can’t ignore them completely because of the importance; therefore, you have to keep alert your smartphone to receive those items notifications. After all, if you get anonymous or telemarketing types of message, which is drawing your attention while working, then it would be an over-annoying moment at your work time.  <div class="" style="clear: both;">However, these all are kinds of similar cases we face usually in our professional as well as personal life. Sometimes we conclude—that it would be great, if we would receive these all notifications straightly from smartphone to the desktop of our computer, and then respond them without even touching the device itself. Well, it’s not so defective though it would not be possible to complete somehow.</div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;">An open source application dubbed “DeskNotifier” would be able to do this by connecting your android smartphone notifications system to the notification system of your windows desktop over Wi-Fi or via data cable. It has developed by “XDA member greenday123” to make your working life easier and more comfortable. So let’s see how you can use this tool to shrink the interruption while working and to keep doing both your job and smartphone simultaneously. </div> <div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 14px; margin-bottom: 10pt;">How to use desknotifier to receive your android phone all notifications straightforward </div><div class="MsoNormal" style="line-height: 14px; margin-bottom: 10pt;">to your Windows Desktop</div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;"> <a href="http://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a>Step No 1: Download and install the <a href="http://en.desknotifier.clemens-elflein.de/download.php" style="color: #95c601; outline: none;" target="_blank">DeskNotifier</a> desktop application on your Microsoft Windows and the mobile <a href="http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.elfsoft.desknotifier" style="color: #95c601; outline: none;" target="_blank">application</a> on your android device. (Before you completely install the desktop application, it’s worth to check the “run at startup” option so don’t forget to do it) </div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;"> </div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;">Step No 2: As I earlier mentioned that, you can connect either by Wi-Fi or by using data cable. Therefore, after installing, connect your android phone with your computer using any one option of them. </div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;"> </div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;">Step No 3: Now launch the android application and follow the app instruction. (First time you run the app, you will be redirected to the “Accessibility settings”. There you need to give the permission some of third-party app content to push notification to your desktop and also configure some initial settings including Wi-Fi sleep policy etc. You can’t skip them to do later, indeed you must setup.) </div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;">Step No 4: Thus, now the time has come to run the “DeskNotifier” windows app. After launching, you need to enter the IP address of your android device. (Note it that next all times you connect DeskNotifier with android phone through Wi-Fi option, you must enter the IP address. You can also choose data cable option but it’s really troublesome to carry it wherever you go)</div><div class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10pt;">  Step No 5: After connecting your device through using any of the option, you can start to get notifications pushed to your desktop. It will be much better if you get sure that your phone successfully connected to your desktop. Accordingly, push a test ping from your phone to computer, if you get the notification you can keep the phone little away from you and continuously do your job. Next, all of your phone notifications copy will be handed over to your computer system tray until you disconnect deliberately. That’s it. DeskNotify such an awesome app to get the smartphone notifications directly to desktop with non-concern way. DeskNotifier doesn’t keep the notification on screen more than couple of seconds, therefore, before your complete view, if any one of them fade out; you can always check the missed or last notifications by clicking on the system tray icon. If you lack to view all of your old notifications, then you can get them from the right-click menu. One great thing it does, however, lets you to reply or send text message from your computer. To reply text message immediately, click on the notification whenever it appear on screen , and to send new message you need to right-click on the tray icon of desktop then select new SMS to send text.</div></div>
